How We Operate

  • Property Acquisition

    Helping you to identify and source properties that match your requirements, delivering off-market opportunities where possible through existing relationships and our extensive network.

  • Instructing Solicitors

    Liaising with solicitors every step of the way to ensure transactions stay on track. We provide important commercial advice and see the process through to exchange and completion.

  • Opening Date

    From our initial conversation, it can take anywhere from 3 - 12 months to finally open. There's a significant amount of work involved, and it's our priority to make it a seamless process.

About Us

Jason is an experienced professional with a wealth of knowledge in the retail & leisure property industry, having spent over 17 years working with international brands, institutional landlords, shopping centres, funds, property trusts and charitable foundations.

He has been involved in high-profile accounts for the likes of Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Parfums de Marly, Emma Hyacinth, Pandora, Caffè Nero and Pret A Manger, alongside a number of other brands securing flagship locations in central London.

Jason played a pivotal role in the curation of the Covent Garden Estate and Borough Yards during his time at CWM as an Associate Partner, together with notable instructions including the sale of 170 New Bond Street to Tasaki.
